Being a Crutch for Someone Else

Props to my beautiful sister Mary for telling me about this story!

Mary was driving and saw a man hobbling down the road. He lost his crutch in the road and was working on getting in. Mary saw this and pulled over to help the man. ( I am not surprised!) As she was helping him, another car pulled over and the driver asked Mary if she needed any help.

He yelled to Mary,”You’re awesome! I was turning my car around to help him, and then I saw you helping. How cool that more than one person is willing to help?!”

Then, another car pulled over and offered to drive the man home! That is three people taking five minutes out of their day to help someone else.

Mary proved that when others lose their crutch, we can be a crutch for them.
